For the best performance, preheat or pre-cool your tumbler with hot or cold water before filling.

Q2: Is the lid leak-proof?

The lid is designed for secure everyday use — it seals tightly and won’t leak under normal carrying conditions.

However, we recommend keeping it upright when inside a bag.

Q3: Can I wash the tumbler in a dishwasher?

We suggest hand washing with warm water and mild soap to maintain the soft matte finish and the integrity of the lid seal.
