Our Philosophy
At SUENBEYA, we design every tumbler with care and intention — and we want you to be as calm purchasing it as you are using it.
If your order doesn’t meet expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and gentle.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is available.
- The product has not been personalized or customized.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing components unfortunately cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@suenbeya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm eligibility and process your refund.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is approved, refunds will be:
- Issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider first, then email us again.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please process a return and then place a new order through suenbeya.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Please email support@suenbeya.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will replace or refund your item promptly — no hassle, no stress.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund seems delayed:
- Recheck your bank or card statement.
- Contact your card issuer — processing times may vary.
- If still unresolved after 10 business days, reach out to support@suenbeya.com and we’ll assist immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened (e.g., drinkware that has been used).
Gift cards and promotional items are also not refundable.
International Orders
For international orders, please note:
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable once paid.
- Shipping times and return logistics may vary based on destination.
